Record-keeping tip: save both folders. Federal 2257 record-keeping means each of you keeps a record of everyone in the footage — including yourself. About email: plain email isn't encrypted — if you send it, whoever can read that inbox could open the ID. If that matters, download and hand it over in person instead. No password to remember either way.
